What You'll Do:
Lead the way! Plan, organize, and deliver engaging in-service educational programs that align with all regulations and enhance staff performance.
Drive growth! Assess the facility’s education needs and create tailored training plans that foster development across the team.
Set the standard! Conduct orientation for new hires, ensuring they are empowered and ready to succeed in their roles.
Evaluate excellence! Perform annual competency skills assessments to ensure top-quality care and performance.
Keep us on track! Maintain up-to-date licensure and health records (including Hepatitis B, TB) for all personnel.
Champion infection control! Train staff on best practices, track infection data, and investigate/report any incidents to maintain a safe environment for all.
What We're Looking For:
Leadership excellence with outstanding communication skills.
A natural ability to manage and inspire education and training efforts.
An RN or LPN licensed in the state of Alaska (required).
