Responsible for collaborating with Legal, Accounting, Asset Management and Leasing, along with external real estate partners and vendors, to implement and administer Centennial's real estate agreements. Focus will be on database management, ensuring lease agreements are maintained and tenants are billed accurately and timely each month. This position applies business and accounting best practices to carry out responsibilities effectively.
PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES :
- Oversee database management by maintaining accurate lease records, which flow to other departments and systems, accounts receivable, and audit services within the lease administration process
- Read and interpret lease documents to accurately abstract key metrics, including rent schedules, sales billings, and recoveries; general knowledge of the recoveries process is helpful
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Heavy research and analysis to resolve billing discrepancies; must be able to follow receivable detail and tenant ledger, and accurately determine proper resolution
- Analyze monthly rent rolls and explain month-over-month variances; ensure all charges are accurate and per lease terms
- Limit number of weekly exception reports by mitigating abstraction errors to improve scorecard
- Establish and maintain processes and controls to keep lease files accurate and up to date
- Provide assistance to tenants and / or Property Managers regarding lease information and billing inquiries
- Work with Accounts Receivable on collections
- Prepare reports, as requested

Pay Range
65,000—$75,000 USD
