As a Dealership BDC Representative/Receptionist at Centennial Volkswagen, you will be an essential part of our team, serving as the first point of contact for customers. You’ll be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inbound and outbound communications, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting our sales and service departments. Your role will help drive our customer satisfaction, ensuring each visitor or caller experiences prompt, friendly, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a warm, professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
- Call Handling: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service and sales appointments, and ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding their appointments.
- Lead Management: Track, follow up on, and nurture incoming sales leads via phone, email, and SMS to increase appointment show rates.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring all details are up-to-date.
- Sales and Service Coordination: Collaborate with sales and service departments to streamline communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or automotive BDC role preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and CRM software.
