Description : PURPOSE
Drive membership growth, controlling attrition and churn rate across all locations.
Ensure the achievement of sales and performance targets in adherence to P&L guidelines.
Develop strategic initiatives to support the club's long-term goals.
Foster a high-performing sales culture through leadership and best practices, and recruit, hire, train, and develop key team members.
PRODUCT
Develop and implement membership sales strategies to maximize club enrollment.
Ensure all membership offerings align with company standards and deliver value to members.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to promote membership benefits effectively.
PROCESS
Oversee the membership sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
PERFORMANCE
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure membership growth and retention.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Implement training programs to enhance team performance and achieve targets.
PEOPLE
Lead, mentor, and develop the membership sales team across multiple locations.
Foster a culture of excellence, motivation, and collaboration.
