We are looking for a dynamic Site Manager to lead daily operations and foster an environment of growth, support, and excellence for both clients and staff at our brand new clinic in Greenville, South Carolina!

Position Overview:
The Site Manager oversees the daily operations of their assigned site while managing RBTs/BTs, ensuring seamless coordination with intake and scheduling, and promoting a positive environment for staff and clients. Under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager, this role focuses on operational efficiency, team performance, and client satisfaction while actively driving site growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations:

  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, BCBAs, and HR on performance reviews and employee relations.
  • Partner with scheduling to address staffing needs, parent requests, and site-specific issues.
  • Communicate staff and client schedules effectively with the Scheduling Department.
  • Work with intake teams to provide referral source updates at client onboarding and quarterly check-ins.
  • Ensure employee and site compliance with policies, licensure, and certification requirements.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, site orientation, and training resource delivery.

Management:

  • Lead required staff meetings, safety/compliance training, and professional development.
  • Promote company culture by facilitating quarterly staff outings and events.
  • Professionally represent the organization in external settings (CPS calls, subpoenas, client school meetings).
  • Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service.
  • External: Conduct parent calls/meetings, manage contracts, and set boundaries/expectations.
  • Internal: Monitor staff progress, resolve scheduling challenges, and provide timely training/support.

Administrative Expectations:

  • Monitor employee time, attendance, and productivity to support full/part-time schedules.
  • Maintain site cleanliness, oversee safety compliance, and coordinate repairs/services.
  • Ensure supplies for both clinic and in-home clients are stocked and managed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Submit required reports and complete additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain RBT certification, driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, including clerical responsibilities and business administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with ReThink or similar practice management systems is preferred (e.g., Clinic Source, Therabill, etc.).

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and occasional bending or lifting (up to 35 lbs).
  • Ability to work at a computer and drive between clinic and client locations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
