Position Summary:
The Director of Programs will provide leadership, program quality, and operational oversight and support to agency programs. Directs the development, maintenance of, and adherence to all funding/governing authorities within these programs.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee department operations of Crisis, Co-Responder and Interim Housing to ensure compliance to policies and procedures, work plans, budgets and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the department’s staff.
- Plan and administer the department’s annual operating budget.
- Plan, develop and execute strategies for providing services in line with CCR’s mission.
- Collect adequate data on program services for evaluation of program effectiveness and submission as necessary to funding sources.
- Maintain good working relationships with governmental agencies and community organizations.
- Maintain and utilize a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.
- Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule and additional hours worked in order to meet deadlines.
- Must be well organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, public speaking, and presentations skills, demonstrate initiative, be flexible, creative, innovative, build good working relationships and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure while exercising discretionary judgment; make decisions.
- Other duties as assigned to achieve the mission of the agency and may also include additional programs/services dependent upon agency growth.

Daylight, Monday-Friday hours. The role is primarily office-based; however, regular travel to multiple county sites is required to support operational needs and maintain effective communication with local teams. Mileage reimbursement is available at the state set rate!
The starting salary range is $62,000-$75,000. Salary may start higher based on experience and education.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, nursing, education, or a related field; AND five years of mental health experience, three of which shall include supervisory experience. A master’s degree is preferred.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required. Individuals who have accessed human services are encouraged to apply. EOE/ADA
