Speaking of goals, CDD offers incentives based on meeting agency-wide goals as well as differentials for homes that are behavioral, high medical needs, and for shifts that occur on Saturday and Sunday.

As a Program Director, you will lead and manage service delivery systems, focusing on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in community living programs. This role involves overseeing program operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing staff to provide exceptional client services. You will develop a team-based environment, motivate staff, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance and expand services. - Lead and inspire a talented team of Residential and Program Specialists to deliver outstanding client services.
- Ensure seamless program operations and compliance with our high standards and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and expand our services, making a tangible impact in the community.
- Oversee service delivery, staffing patterns, and budget alignment to meet the needs of individuals and optimize program quality.
- Mentor and train staff, fostering a team-based environment that champions excellence and innovation.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field OR 8 years in a leadership role in residential services for developmental disabilities.
- Proven supervisory experience and strong leadership abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for driving high-performing cultures aligned with core values and mission.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for agency use.
