- Models and leads PACE center team members to optimal performance by managing conflict, training, mentoring, counseling, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Adheres to the center budget, monitors spending, and identifies opportunities for efficiencies and resource management.
- Prepares reports including quality indicators and process improvements and responses to incidents and grievances.
