POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Program Manager at a youth residential treatment facility, your primary responsibility is to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services designed to meet the needs of the youth population in residential care. Your duties may include, but not be limited to: Strategic Planning, Program Development, Staff Management, Budget Management, Quality Assurance, Collaboration with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to support the delivery of comprehensive services and ensure compliance with standards and regulations, Crisis Management, and Advocacy. Overall, the role of a Program Manager at a youth residential treatment facility is multifaceted, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively support the well-being and development of youth in residential care
Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with funding source, contract and or program's Annex A
Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure
Regularly schedules meetings with program staff to discuss plans, address areas of potential problems and program functioning
Coordinates program activities with appropriate liaison agencies to ensure constructive collaboration
Develops and promotes relationships with other social service agencies and represents the program and agency in the community
Performs administrative functions including the completion of regular reports in a timely manner as required by funding sources and the Agency
Serves on Agency-wide committees
Provides leadership to staff, and promotes a sense of agency with co-workers and staff, and communicates in ways that support the agency mission and values.
Contributes to the overall development of the Agency.
REQUIREMENTS:
Full-time service/program manager dedicated exclusively to this to this program with a master's degree in relevant field (psychology, social work, public health, healthcare/social services administration, public administration, education, business administration, or healthcare policy, with 3 years' experience serving youth in a residential or inpatient hospital behavioral health treatment program of which at least one year is supervisory
Or
Full-time service/program manager dedicated exclusively to this program with a bachelor's degree in relevant field (psychology, social work, public health, healthcare/social services, administration, public administration, education, business administration, or healthcare policy, with 5 years' experience serving youth in a residential or inpatient hospital behavioral health treatment program of which at least one year is supervisory.
Ensures the continuing training and development of program staff.
Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with program staff
Completes all required reporting expectations of funders and Center For Family Services
Conducts employee evaluations annually
Responsible for fiscal sustainability of program
