Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Partner at the Center for Human Development (CHD) in Springfield, MA. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, communication, and employer branding to attract top talent. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR to identify staffing needs, attract candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications

- Experience in Recruiting
- Bi-Lingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in social services, behavioral health, and/or healthcare environments
- Must be able to travel in and around western Massachusetts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Salary range:
$60,000 - $70,000 depending on depth of experience
