Center for Human Development (CHD) is currently looking for a Master’s Level, Licensed Clinician Supervisor to join our Outpatient Team in Holyoke, MA.

YOUR ROLE AS A MASTER’S LEVEL, LICENSED CLINICAL SUPERVISOR YOU WILL:
The Master’s Level Licensed Clinician Supervisor will work with a variety of populations, while supporting a dynamic and growing team. The CHD Holyoke clinic is looking for ways to support clients outside of the traditional office setting.
We are looking for a Licensed Clinician to provide clinical supervision as well as work with a varied population of adults, children and families in the outpatient behavioral health setting. CHD is a DBT and substance abuse certified agency. CHD is committed to innovative, evidence-based clinical models of care and is in the midst of building an enhanced service delivery model. Candidate will utilize electronic health record and collaborative documentation strategies. Flexible schedule and evening hours available. The right candidate will be friendly, flexible and have a sense of humor. Willingness to participate in and facilitate a culture of collaboration is essential.
Take advantage of a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work days, evenings and/or weekend hours in either full time or part time statuses. We are looking for individuals passionate to provide quality services within a Community Mental Health agency. . Additionally, a compliance and dedication to consistency managing the Electronic Health Records (EHR) of the clients served.
Requirements:
- Ease of use with electronic health record.
- Ability to drive/reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work on site.
- Experience with behavioral interventions (DBT/CBT) and Motivational Interviewing
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Ability to pass a CORI.
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy.
- Candidates must be licensed, i.e.; LICSW, LMHC or LMFT.
