What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Center for Human Development?
The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking Clinical Supervisor to join the Easthampton Clinic's Team, working with both child and adult populations. You would provide clinical social work and mental health supervisor to direct service clinicians.
Your role as a Clinical Supervisor :
Our Easthampton clinic is a mid-sized office and currently expanding. We serve clients of all ages starting at 5 years old and on. In this role, you would be providing individual, family, couple's, and group therapy to the population served. We practice a trauma informed care, person centered approach, utilizing evidence-based practices. The client population varies and includes dual diagnosis, LGBTQ , and a wide scope of clinical diagnoses. Our clinic values a team based approach when it comes to meeting client's needs. We also encourage both self-care and provider learning / growth in their areas of interest. Additionally, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision of social workers and direct service staff. Ensuring the development and coordination of in-service training to address common needs of the program staff and interns.
REQUIRMENTS :
- MSW or M.A. in social work or counseling
- LICSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.
- Four years or more demonstrated competence in both theoretical knowledge and direct service practice
- At least one-year staff supervision or two years graduate student supervision.
- Reliable, registered & insured vehicle and approved driving record check
- Approved criminal background check (CORI)
