Multi-location Integrated Pain Management office is seeking medical assistant/ front desk secretary
- Spanish speaking is a hiring requirement.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Greeting and scheduling patients and visitors, answering and routing calls, using EHR, making merchant transactions, and keeping paperwork/work station/office organized.
- Basic Microsoft Office use is necessary: Word documents, Excel sheet creation.
- Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
- Works closely with providers in aiding them to obtain information from the EHR.
Office hours depend on location: JC 11:30 am to 7:30 pm'
