Helena - PACT Program (Program for Assertive Community Treatment)
Position Overview: Responsible for administration of a personnel placement activity which includes program planning, development, maintenance, compliance, and evaluation.
Job Duties:
- Directs and monitors PACT employment placement program for PACT clients.
- Contacts and informs prospective employers about the program.
- Monitors program placement policies and procedures for compliance with federal and state guidelines.
- Performs prevocational assessments of clients for jobs.
- Works with Supervisor with Time Study and other employment contracts.
- Assigns clients to job coach for coaching and support.
- Teaches job seeking skill classes.
- Coordinates client vocational meetings.
- Serves as liaison on program matters with voc rehab and other agencies.
- Transports clients must have personal vehicle, valid vehicle insurance, and driver’s license.
- Participates in in-service training as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Assists clients with getting appropriate clothing, resumes, etc. for job placement.
- Performs medication delivery, works rotating weekday and weekends, and must pass medication test.
- Assumes other mental health duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma and four years of advanced education or equivalent on-the-job experience in work-related services.
OR
- Associate degree with two years of advanced education or equivalent on-the-job experience in work-related services.
OR
- Bachelor’s degree with on-the-job experience in work-related services.
- Considerable knowledge of the practices and procedures of employment placement; methods of interviewing; federal and state rules, regulations and guidelines affecting the specific personnel placement activity; current social and labor market conditions.
- Ability to coordinate and monitor Supported Employment program goals; to accurately assess client needs; to evaluate and provide training for clients; to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employers, other agencies, and the public.
- Must have the ability to train other personnel in training program techniques.

Wage = $18.17 DOE
Wage includes pay differential.
