About the Role
As the Grant Program Manager, you’ll oversee program implementation, financial management, and operational efficiency. You’ll ensure compliance with grant requirements, coordinate workshops, and foster relationships with community partners.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee and optimize training processes for maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to organizational and governmental policies.
- Streamline internal communications and workflows.
Financial & Grant Management
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to manage budgets and funding.
- Track grant funding, monitor expenses, and prepare reports.
Program Implementation
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee workshops and meetings.
- Manage workshop logistics, including scheduling and registration.
- Work with facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Oversee identification and scheduling, workshop facilitator to include verifying workshop materials and presentation meet standards
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Track and report participation progress using digital tools.
What You Bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
✔ Experience in operations management, ideally in a nonprofit or community development setting.
✔ Strong financial management skills and budget oversight experience.
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online tracking platforms.
✔ Passion for community development, equity, and social justice.
✔ Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
Additional Requirements
• Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (must meet Kentucky insurance requirements).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfort working with translators as needed.
• Basic math and analytical skills for financial reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and work in various environments, including outdoor settings.
• Availability for some non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).
