Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of grant administration and private funding programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and organizational policies.
- Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets effectively.
- Conduct program evaluations to assess effectiveness and impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure private sector funding and support.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and documentation related to grants and funding.
- Facilitate communication and reporting between various departments and external partners.
- Implement best practices in project management to achieve program goals.
- Support nonprofit initiatives through strategic planning and execution.
- Utilize HubSpot and other tools for grant management and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in grant administration.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations related to grant management and compliance.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with private sector funding sources and grant writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in nonprofit organizations is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping practices.
