What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator - Plastic Surgery position at Center for Plastic Surgery?
- Take new patient calls and schedule new patient appointments.
- Manage physician schedule, billings, and bookings.
- Able to work with Healthcare- Hospitals, private surgery center in scheduling surgeons' cases.
- Ensure the surgeon has the appropriate supplies ordered and needed for cases.
- Meet with patients after consultation to discuss surgery finances and scheduling options.
- Manage lead management, consultation process and deliver a high touch patient experience.
- Schedule surgery and coordinate all aspects of the patient's surgery experience.
- Coordinate surgery financing and/or insurance authorizations.
- Manage the social media efforts of the surgeon.
- Communicate patient needs with a physician.
- Be willing to perform additional tasks as needed.
- Ability to create a great customer/patient experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms on lead generation and management.
- Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Professional attitude and presence.
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy.

- Must be able to travel between our Virginia and Chevy Chase offices when needed.
- Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- 3 years' experience.
- Plastic surgery experience is a plus.
