Medical Receptionist - EPIC EHR Exp. REQUIRED

Join our dynamic and fast-paced ophthalmology practice serving the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties!

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care and are looking for a bilingual medical front receptionist to become a valued member of our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and professional communication with patients and staff.
• Handle insurance authorization and verification processes with precision.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts and electronic healthcare records using the EPIC EHR system.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Travel to various Center for Sight locations as needed to support our operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is required
• 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience using EPIC EHR system.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to travel to either of our locations as needed

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
