Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site with remote provision collaborative leadership role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Oakdale, MN.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with other professionals to create effective treatment plans.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 1 year BCBA certification
- Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Leadership experience with supervision hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
