POSITION SUMMARY :
The Project Manager / Mobility Coach is responsible for overseeing the Clean Corps transitional employment model, including coordinating weekly meetings with the lead agency, managing the program budget, monitoring and submitting staff time sheets, reconciling discrepancies, and conducting periodic field visits to assess staff performance. This role also includes providing data support for reporting and creating staff engagement plans to help transitional employees move toward full-time employment. In addition to project management, the Project Manager / Mobility Coach will provide mobility coaching to transitional staff, focusing on career development and professional growth. In collaboration with the Center for Urban team, including the Supportive Services Manager and Employment Specialist, the Project Manager / Mobility Coach will address barriers to success and help promote long-term employment outcomes. The role also involves overseeing all aspects of the Clean Corps project, ensuring compliance with program requirements and grant metrics, and partnering with team members to ensure successful program implementation. Through mobility coaching, the Project Manager / Mobility Coach will empower staff with the tools and guidance necessary to achieve sustainable life and employment outcomes.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Project Management & Staff Oversight :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clean Corps transitional employment model, including managing project timelines, budget tracking, and timesheet management for staff.
Provide ongoing mobility coaching for transitional employment staff, including guidance on career advancement, professional behavior, and workplace navigation.
Collect, analyze, and report data to evaluate the progress and success of Clean Corps participants, ensuring the program meets established performance metrics and grant requirements.
Engage with key partners, including Bon Secours, and the CFUF team to ensure clear communication and successful collaboration.
Support the implementation of workforce development training programs to enhance participants' professional skills and readiness for permanent employment.
Conduct regular site visits to Clean Corps locations to assess service delivery, evaluate the quality of the program, and ensure compliance with program standards and funder requirements.
Participate in supervision meetings and professional development activities.
