What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator, Front Desk - Medical Office position at Center for Urologic Care of Berks County?
Are you an experienced Medical Office Scheduler looking for something different? Maybe an independent specialty practice instead of that big hospital feel? Maybe a different environment, where teamwork and collaboration is expected and recognized? Where you work to support providers that treat you like an important part of their care team, and you're not just a number? You should consider us!
We are always looking to add strong, experienced talent to our Patient Coordinator team here @ Center for Urologic Care of Berks County. Our Patient Coordinator team is critical to our success, ensuring all our patients are set up for success to have a great visit and an even better day. They are the first face our patients see when they walk through our doors (or hear when they call our office!) and the first impression means everything. Our Patient Coordinators set the tone for each visit and they need to LOVE people. They are responsible for administrative tasks, like ensuring patient records are up to date, scheduling appointments and next steps for patients as well as collecting co-pays and authorizations for ongoing healthcare services. Our Patient Coordinators work as a team greeting our patients warmly, getting them where they need to be for their visit, and sending them off with a compassionate farewell, all while respecting each patient's time. Our team of 14 providers deliver high quality care in a fast paced environment, and our schedulers need to thrive in a busy environment surrounded by others who do the same!
Salary Range dependent on skills & experience, ranging from $17 - $22 hourly
