Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated person to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential referral sources. This individual will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and patient referrals while promoting COPE PT’s specialized services. THIS A WORK FROM HOME POSITION THAT REQUIRES FIELD WORK TO LOCATIONS WITHIN DFW
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, OB/GYNs, urologists, midwives, doulas, chiropractors, fitness professionals, and other referral sources.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote COPE PT’s services.
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking events to educate the community about pelvic floor physical therapy.
- Coordinate and attend health fairs, workshops, and community events.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create marketing materials, social media campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
- Track and report referral trends, outreach efforts, and marketing effectiveness.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for COPE PT, ensuring a positive and professional representation of our clinic.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Knowledge of physical therapy, women's health, or pelvic health services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and community outreach strategies is beneficial.
- Reliable transportation for local travel to referral sources and events.
Salary
$15 - $20 per hour
