Pay Rate: $24.00 **Plus $2.00 differential for Bilingual Spanish/English candidates**
Status: Non-exempt, Full-time (40 hours a week), Temporary
Location: 2403 Professional Dr, Santa Rosa, CA
Department: Outpatient
Direct Report: Office Manager
Schedule: Monday - Friday **alternating between 8:30am - 5:00pm (2 days) and 11:30am - 8:00pm (3 days), with a 30-minute lunch break**
Ideal Start Date: Mid-March
End Date: Early June
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Answer direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide information to clients and staff.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Provide excellent customer.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ability to pass and maintain criminal justice security clearance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Valid CPR/ First Aid
- TB clearance
- Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with electronic health systems is a plus.
- Ability to effectively utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
- Professional attitude.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Resourceful and proactive approach to issues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school degree required.
