Duties:
- The Supervising Counselor supervises AOD Counseling staff; provides staff performance evaluations and applicable coaching and training;
- Supervises and assists with participant orientation and intake;
- Reviews and approves treatment plan development; tracks participant attendance and provides training, oversight, and monitoring of all program data including ARMS to ensure contract compliance; coordination, generation, and data interpretation of various reports.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a social service-related field and one (1) year of experience providing SUDT services as a certified AOD Counselor at a responsibility no less than a Counselor III or
- An Associate’s Degree in a social service-related field and two (2) years of experience providing SUDT services as a certified AOD Counselor at a responsibility no less than a Counselor III; or
- Three (3) or more years of experience providing SUDT services as a certified AOD Counselor, at a responsibility no less than a Counselor III.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
