Center Point, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for a Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program in Fair Oaks, CA. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating one of the Agency’s residential substance use and mental health disorder programs. Center Point’s program serve adults, as well as those involved in the criminal justice system, unhoused populations, cultural and ethnic minorities, and those with co-occurring disorders. The Program Manager provides counselor supervision, programmatic and clinical oversight (depending on credentials and scope of practice), facilitates direct services, and represents the agency at stakeholder meetings and presentations. Successful candidates must possess a clinical license or a counselor certification, have experience providing supervision, and must have a background in Drug Medi-Cal and Department of Health Care Services regulations and standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision and Oversight of residential treatment and case management services;
- Oversight of assessment procedures and outcomes and review of continuing stay justifications;
- Review of ASAM-based assessments and oversight of the development of Treatment Authorization Requests;
- Evaluation of assessments and determination of appropriate modality of treatment;
- Review and approval of treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and justifications for continued treatment;
- Oversight of client charts, including progress notes, discharge planning, and care coordination;
- Supervision of group facilitation and compliance with evidence-based practices;
- Implementation, training, and supervision of evidence-based practices;
- Conduct training and supervision to ensure program fidelity to proscribed models of care;
- Standardizing systems of care.

- Serve as a community liaison by building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, conducting outreach, and promoting program awareness to support engagement and enrollment.

Job Type : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift. On call 24 / 7, after hours, and on weekends as necessary.
Benefits :Work Location : In person
Pay : $80,000.00 to 90,000.00 per year (Exempt)
