- Develop and present a strategic plan to diversify funding sources, balancing equity and debt to support growth goals while mitigating risk.
- Lead the structuring and negotiation of complex joint venture agreements, ensuring alignment with CenterCal's long-term financial objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, private equity funds, family offices, high net worth partners, and lending partners to ensure a robust pipeline of capital.
- Oversee the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of capital transactions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:

- 15 years of progressive experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or related capital markets roles.
- Deep expertise in structuring equity and debt for mixed-use, retail, or residential real estate projects.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale capital raises, exceeding $200 million annually.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; CFA or similar certifications a plus.
