Job Summary
Participate in the development, evaluation and implementation of standardized processes throughout the electric operations. This would include, but not limited to, system maintenance, enhancements, and/or new projects including reports, documentation or work flow processes.
Essential Functions
- Participate in the development of electric operations process and standardization projects and enhancements that focus on creative solutions for customer and/or business needs.
- Participate in the development of documented practices in order to thoroughly educate end users about changes and benefits of the project and enhancements being implemented.
- Develop KPI’s to analyze and monitor key stakeholders’ information that affects the project outcomes. Develop reporting methods in order to identify trends and make improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with electric business to analyze and research issues that arise periodically within company systems.
- Define the cause and effect of system issues to recommend and implement creative solutions that actively benefit key stakeholders.
Education Description
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent competencies
Experience
- Requires zero to three years experience in working with either design, customer contact or construction related systems in the electric utility industry.
