Job Summary

Participate in the development, evaluation and implementation of standardized processes throughout the electric operations. This would include, but not limited to, system maintenance, enhancements, and / or new projects including reports, documentation or work flow processes. This position is located in Evansville, Indiana.

Essential Functions

Participate in the development of electric operations process and standardization projects and enhancements that focus on creative solutions for customer and / or business needs.
Participate in the development of documented practices in order to thoroughly educate end users about changes and benefits of the project and enhancements being implemented.
Develop KPI's to analyze and monitor key stakeholders' information that affects the project outcomes. Develop reporting methods in order to identify trends and make improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with electric business to analyze and research issues that arise periodically within company systems.
Define the cause and effect of system issues to recommend and implement creative solutions that actively benefit key stakeholders.

Education Description

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent competencies

Experience

Requires three to five years experience in working with either design, customer contact or construction related systems in the electric utility industry.
