WHO YOU ARE:
The Behavioral Health Co-Responder Therapist is an integral member of the Behavioral Health Co-Responder team. This role involves a collaborative partnership between CenterPointe and the Lincoln Police Department (LPD) to provide timely and critical support to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis within the community. You will work alongside law enforcement officers in various weather conditions and various weather conditions and situations to ensure effective crisis interventions and support.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- At least 21 years of age
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in crisis response and therapy for individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders
- License as an Independent Mental Health Professional, Licensed Mental Health Professional, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, provisional license is accepted
SIGN-ON BONUS INFORMATION:
- For an active LIMHP license: $10,000 total: $2,500 paid at 90 days, $3,500 paid at 180 days, and $4,000 paid at 1 year
- For an active LMHP/PLMHP license: $5,000 total: $1,250 paid at 90 days, $1,750 paid at 180 days, and $2,000 paid at 1 year
*Sign-on bonuses are paid as long as the individual is still employed by CenterPointe once they have reached the duration of employment identified above. Details of the sign-on bonus payments will be included in the letter of offer of employment.
