About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing complex contracts and agreements in accordance with Centerra's Global Procurement Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Draft and manage tender documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Monitor contract milestones, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and facilitate modifications as needed.
- Evaluate vendor performance against established KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, law, or engineering is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is preferred.
