Part Time Bus Driver / Weekend Receptionist
Northern Riverview Assisted Living Program is seeking a Part time Bus Driver / Weekend Receptionist to work for our Assisted Living located in Haverstraw, NY .
The ideal candidate will be fine working as a Bus Driver 3 days a week 9AM-3PM and as a Receptionist during the weekend. Weekend hours are Saturday 8AM-3PM and Sunday 3PM-10PM
DUTIES :
- Basic administrative office functions; Answering phone, noting all admissions and discharges to and from hospital, creating all paperwork for residents being sent to hospital, relaying vital information to Nursing and Medical staff, inventories office supplies and performs all other duties as required.
- Taking residents on several trips a day.
- Processing admissions / discharges.
- Initiating & coordinating transportation approvals and schedules.
- Relaying vital information to Nursing Staff & Medical Team.
- Provides staff with employee manuals & forms.
- Inventories office supplies & performs all other related duties as required.
