- Perform basic administrative office functions including answering phone calls, noting admissions and discharges, creating paperwork for hospital transfers, and relaying vital information to nursing and medical staff.
- Take residents on multiple trips throughout the day.
- Process resident admissions and discharges efficiently.
- Initiate and coordinate transportation approvals and schedules.
- Provide essential information to nursing staff and medical teams.
- Offer support to staff by providing employee manuals and forms.
- Inventories office supplies and completes other related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must hold a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Exhibit pleasant phone skills and strong computer proficiency.
- Demonstrate solid organizational and communication skills.
- Show ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
