The base salary range for this position is expected to start at $115,000/year, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity.

Position Overview: As a Regional Director at Centerspace, you will play a pivotal role in setting strategic direction and executing operational plans for a portfolio of properties within your assigned region within the Minneapolis Metro Area. Be prepared to remain open to additional geographical regional oversight as assigned. You will lead high-performing teams, drive revenue generation, foster team member engagement and development, and ensure resident satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to Centerspace's mission and vision, embodying our core values in all aspects of your work. Will travel within the Minneapolis market on a weekly basis to properties. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall financial performance for the region, analyzing key trends and implementing strategies to optimize revenue.
• Review detailed budget variances, income/expense reports, and capital expenditure plans.
• Supervise property operations to ensure alignment with budgetary goals and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies to maximize resources and increase NOI.
• Develop and mentor operational teams to achieve performance targets and foster career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and scale operations.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in property management or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Yardi systems and strong financial acumen.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, leadership, and team development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage complex operational matters effectively.
