The base salary range for this position is expected to start at $115,000 / year, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity.

Position Overview : As a Regional Director at Centerspace, you will play a pivotal role in setting strategic direction and executing operational plans for a portfolio of properties within your assigned region within the Minneapolis Metro Area. Be prepared to remain open to additional geographical regional oversight as assigned. You will lead high-performing teams, drive revenue generation, foster team member engagement and development, and ensure resident satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to Centerspace's mission and vision, embodying our core values in all aspects of your work. Will travel within the Minneapolis market on a weekly basis to properties.
