About the Role
Centersquare DC seeks an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join its team. As a Strategic Finance Director, you will play a critical role in supporting the CFO and SVP of Finance in driving financial excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support business objectives
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Collaborating with department owners to drive financial analysis and planning
- Optimizing financial tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A degree in Finance or a related field is required, with MBA preferred.
