JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for the completion of registration renewals daily. Processes referrals from internal and external sources daily. Obtains information vital to the client’s medical record via use of telephone, text message, and/or other electronic means. Responsible for completion of referred Same Day Access clients for full registration. Completes assessments and data entry into tracking software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily and weekly tasks distributed in their folders. These tasks consist of registrations, renewals, referrals, and data entry. Accurate and timely entry of obtained data is required.
- Notify clients or their clinician who fail to fully complete Registrations, Registration Renewals, and Community Based Referrals.
- Document no-shows for a registration appointment and cancellations of Intake Evaluations with the therapist and cancelled Room Reservations. Document failed Hospital Discharge appointments.
- Manage various reports to update Registration Forms that are out of date.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health records, appointment tracking, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
High School Diploma or GED required.
Years of Experience
One to three years administrative experience preferred.
