Human Resource Director Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all HR functions for the nursing home, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and development.
Coordinate new employee orientation, training, and onboarding processes.
Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Address employee concerns and provide solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
Lead and manage HR staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Human Resource Director Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).
HR experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting (Required).
Proven knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
