Job Summary
The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and hearing disorders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify speech, language, and hearing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA certification preferred.
- At least six months' experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
