Requirements
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or related settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
