Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a member of our care team, you will provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes, including evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication abilities.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address patients' speech and language deficits.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA.
- Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
