This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. The successful candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for delivering compassionate and effective care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
- Conduct regular evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on proper exercise techniques, wound care and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
