">The Nurse Practitioner applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This is a PRN role, covering CenterWell clinics in Brownsville, Harlingen, McAllen, and Edinburg.
">The Nurse Practitioner provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. They advise executives on developing functional strategies for matters of significance, using independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues.
">Required Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ">
- Masters in Science - NP or PA ">
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Texas ">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ">
- Demonstrate high-level skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients ">
- Fully engaged in the concept of "Integrated team-based care" model ">
- Willingness and ability to learn/adapt to practice in a value-based care setting ">
- Superior patient/customer service ">
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Knowledge of HEDIS measures and quality indicators ">
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of Best Practice in coordinated care environment in a value-based relationship environment ">
- Bilingual (fluent) in both English and Spanish ">
