We are seeking a Home Health Specialist to promote our homecare services and build strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for our services.
- Develop and maintain targeted account lists, prioritizing accounts according to market sales plans.
- Gather and analyze data on client interactions, identifying key customer opportunities and service line extensions.
- Represent the company's capabilities to referral sources, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Previous healthcare sales experience, preferably in skilled nursing facilities or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and selling skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territories and attend sales meetings as required.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $56,400 - $77,600 per year (eligible for commission incentives based on company and individual performance).
