Energy Home Improvements is searching for an Executive Sales Manager to develop the Reno, Nevada market. We are the nation’s fastest growing home improvement company, specializing in triple-paned window and entry doors and are excited to expand our reach in the west.

The Role
As an Executive Sales Manager, you will be expected to recruit, train, and develop the sales and marketing teams for your market using the company systems we already have in place. You will also run sales meetings and lead from the front by contributing to the team’s sales success. You will work closely with installation and service personnel to ensure our customers are getting the best service in the industry. You will be responsible for the overall sales revenue of your market. You will report directly to the CEO and have direct interaction with the company’s leadership.

You will be equipped with exclusive presentation & pricing tools, apps, proprietary technologies, and exclusive finance options that will give you the best chance of success in your territory. Additionally, you will have our industries first fully automated digital sales process from end to end.

The benefits of the position
The income opportunity for this role is between $250,000 - $480,000 per year.
Bonuses based on overall sales volume. Paid upfront and annually.
Commissions (all paid upfront)
Company provided iPad Pro.
Paid Training expenses

Qualifications
In-home sales experience required.
Proven leadership skills.
