We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Field Sales Professional. This key position will play a significant part in enrolling new patients, generating leads through grassroots events and community partnerships, and nurturing leads through conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads through grassroots marketing and community partnerships.
- Presentation of our value-based care model in a compelling way to improve health outcomes.
- Effective management of a pipeline of leads and opportunities to drive patient growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years sales experience.
- A proven track record of success in field sales or grassroots marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
