CENTIAN OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The Centian Supply Chain department is responsible for the movement of goods that Centian LLC sells, including but not limited to, any and all activities related to warehousing and transportation of goods.
Job Functions of the Supply Chain Department include…
- Liaising with warehouses to notify, receive and release customer orders
- Assist broker and couriers with the importation of raw materials from overseas vendors
- Transporting supplier orders to customers or to Centian warehouses
- Providing ETAs and customer order status updates to customers
- Submission of supplier Purchase Orders
- Release/process customer orders from office
- Logistics regarding customer/supplier returns
- Monitoring stock levels and alerting management of low inventory levels
- Dealing with warehouse and trucking issues and filing claims
- Filing of all documents that arise in the course of the day, keeping documentation filed in the correct areas and ensuring proper formatting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage warehouse and trucking issues and filing claims
- Maintain daily documentation and ensuring proper formatting
