Supervisory Duties: None Summary: The Technical Product Manager is accountable for executing the vision and technical roadmap of our core banking and digital banking platforms, and other business applications systems. This role advises, collaborates and leads technological initiatives with lines of business leaders, internal stakeholders, technical teams and vendors, performing market research and industry trends analyses, communicating what’s possible versus what’s feasible, recommending systems and technology roadmaps and providing overall product vision, architecture, requirements and design. A background in product management and development, and previous experience with core banking and digital banking systems is essential. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for solving business problems through devising innovative technology solutions and thrives working in highly collaborative business and technology environments. It requires strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. Essential Duties: Product manage core business and digital banking applications and integrations Execute the vision and roadmap for related digital and technology products Perform and keep up to date on market research, competitive analysis and industry trends Support key business leaders on how technology enables them to meet strategic goals Direct stakeholder technology requirements, gathering feedback and communications Liaise with vendors and technical teams on product design, development and rollout Follow Centier Bank’s Essentials of Excellence and exhibit Centier Bank’s Corporate Values Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Acquire a deep knowledge of Centier Bank’s digital and core platforms and internal systems Understanding of product management, development, SDLC standards, best practices Working knowledge of programming (Python, Java) and APIs (REST, JSON, SOAP) Strong project management and documentation skills Deadline oriented and has a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through. Minimum Qualifications: 2-5 years technical product management or enterprise architecture experience preferred 2 years coding experience Knowledge of core banking and digital banking systems Bachelor’s degree required.
