Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT engineering services to our large technology clients. This role requires a strong ability to manage offshore teams, develop and pitch RFPs, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The Delivery Manager will also be responsible for managing large teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Offshore Teams: Coordinate and oversee the work of offshore teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
• Develop and Pitch RFPs: Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
• Team Management: Lead and manage large teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
• Project Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in managing offshore teams and large-scale projects.
• Strong ability to develop and pitch RFPs to potential clients.
