Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :
- Partner with corporate leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition : Identify, engage, and recruit qualified linguists with a background in AI, computational linguistics, and other Tech roles.
- Sourcing Strategies : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, vendor networks, rate negotiations, liaising with universities, and attending relevant industry events.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Employer Branding : Promote the company's brand and culture to potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Operations : Familiarize yourself with ATS and related tools, ensuring proper follow-through on candidate onboarding, reference checks, and background checks.
- Be willing to spearhead special projects as needed.
