Exciting Opportunity in Phoenix, AZ – Technical Representative | Commercial Flooring

Now, we’re expanding in Arizona and looking for a Technical Representative in Phoenix to help grow our presence in the industrial market.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop new and existing accounts through site inspections, proposals and material demonstrations
- Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate estimates and project details
- Measure floors and calculate material and labor needs for industrial projects
- Occasionally travel to support business growth and training
- Play a key role in expanding QuestMark’s footprint across Arizona’s booming industrial scene
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in commercial flooring or sales is a plus, but if you're motivated and ready to learn, we’ll provide the training you need!
- Ability to read blueprints (preferred, but not required)
- Strong time management skills and motivation to develop new business
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ambition to grow into an outside sales role
- Bilingual? Definitely a plus!
